Coffee Recipes: Fresh Drinks

Ingredients (1 person)

  • 45 ml of espresso coffee
  • 150 ml of milk
  • 40 ml amaretto flavored syrup
  • Chocolate sauce

Preparation

  • Cover the bottom of the glass with chocolate sauce.
  • In a separate cup or glass, prepare the milk foam, mix with the amaretto syrup, and carefully pour into the glass.
  • Make espresso coffee in a separate cup and carefully pour into a glass over the milk foam.

How to serve

  • Garnish the drink with crushed amaretto-flavored cookies.

  • Need 45 ml of espresso coffee
  • Lemonade (your favorite)
  • Ice cubes

Preparation

  • Take a tall glass.
  • Fill the glass almost to the top with ice cubes.
  • Fill 2/3 glass with carbonated lemonade.
  • Make espresso coffee in a separate container from 45 ml of water.
  • Pour hot, freshly prepared espresso coffee into a glass over an ice cube.
  • Pour carefully so that the espresso does not mix with the lemonade. This will form attractive layers.

Strawberry Dream

  • 2 x 45 ml strong espresso coffee
  • Cream whisk
  • 350 ml of cream
  • 10 ml of sweetened water (water and sugar in equal parts)
  • Strawberry puree
  • 5 ice cubes

Preparation

  • Place ice cubes in the blender.
  • Make espresso coffee in the same blender.
  • Whisk for about 20 seconds to allow the espresso coffee to cool immediately.
  • Pour the product mixture into a cream whisk.
  • Thoroughly close the cream whisk, shake, and insert the cartridge.
  • Shake the cream whisk vigorously 8-10 times. Store in a refrigerator until use.
  • Add a little strawberry puree to the cocktail glass and pour the sparkling espresso coffee.

How to Serve

  • You can decorate with strawberries or coffee beans

  • 25 ml ristretto coffee
  • 10 ml of sugar syrup
  • 20 ml Baileys
  • 10 ml of strong rum

Preparation

  • Pour Baileys liqueur into a small heat-resistant glass.
  • Make ristretto coffee in a separate cup or glass. Sweeten with sugar syrup.
  • Carefully pour the mixture over Bailey’s liqueur to form a second layer.
  • Make sure that the layers do not mix.
  • Carefully pour the rum through a spoon to form another layer.

How to Serve

  • Light the rum and serve with a small straw. Drink C-52 from below while the rum is still burning.

  • 20 ml of white rum
  • 20 ml mojito syrup
  • 4 ice cubes
  • 50 ml of milk

Preparation

  • Place two ice cubes in the blender.
  • Make coffee in the same blender. Add sweetened water, rum, and mocha syrup.
  • Beat for about 20 seconds, to cool the coffee immediately.
  • Pour the drink into a tall glass with two ice cubes.
  • Prepare milk foam. Using a spoon, cover the surface of the drink with an even layer.

  • Cappuccino coffee consists of 1/3 espresso coffee, 1/3 hot milk and 1/3 milk foam.

  • Pour the mixture into a decorative glass.

  • Moisten the edges of the glass with sweetened water, then swirl in the cocoa powder. The glass will look fancy.
