You will need:
- 80 ml Nescafe coffee.
- 1 unit lime.
- Mint syrup.
- A few mint leaves.

You will need:
- 2 cups of prepared black coffee.
- 130 ml of water.
- 100 g of sugar.
- 200 ml of cream.
- 1 teaspoon gelatin.
- 2 teaspoons brown sugar.
Make coffee. Bring 125 ml of water to a boil with sugar, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Soak the gelatin for 5 minutes with 1 tablespoon of cold water. Mix the unchilled coffee with water and sugar syrup, add the swollen gelatin and mix everything well. Leave to cool slightly, pour into glasses and allow to cool for at least 8 hours to allow the gelatin to solidify. You can season the jelly with a cream foam: whisk the cream with brown sugar until stiff foam and place on the solidified jelly.
